Ariel

Ariel is Uranus' twelfth known moon. Ariel's orbit is about 118,638 miles from Uranus and has a diameter of 719 miles. The name Ariel comes from a mischievous airy spirit in Shakespeare's The Tempest. Ariel was discovered in 1851 by Lassell. Ariel has a mass of 1.27e21 kilograms.
