Ganymede

Ganymede is Jupiter's seventh known moon. Ganymede is also Jupiter's largest moon. Ganymede's orbit is about 621,000 miles from Jupiter. Ganymede has a diameter of 3269 miles. The name Ganymede comes from a Trojan boy who Zeus kidnapped to be cup bearer to the gods. Ganymede was discovered in 1610 by Galileo and Marus. Ganymede has a mass of 1.48e23kg.
