1. Acceptance of these terms
Dental Crop ("the App") is a browser-based photo-processing tool operated by Titan Miller and available at https://www.titanmiller.net/DentalCrop/. By using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What the App does
The App runs entirely in your web browser. It lets you open photos from your computer, group them, apply crop and brightness edits locally, and — if you connect your own Gmail account — create email drafts in that account containing the edited photos. The App never modifies your original files and never uploads your photos to our servers.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the photos you process and the emails you send, including obtaining any consents required for the people depicted.
- If you use the App with patient or other regulated data, you are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations (for example, HIPAA or equivalent privacy laws in your jurisdiction), including your choice of email service for transmitting such data.
- You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
4. Google services
The Gmail features are provided through Google's APIs and require you to authorize the App with your own Google account. Your use of Gmail remains governed by Google's own terms and policies. You may revoke the App's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that emails or drafts will be created or delivered correctly. Always review drafts before sending.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of the App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from or related to your use of the App.
7. Changes
The App and these terms may change over time. Updated terms will be posted at this address with a new effective date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
